Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tsp white sauce


  • 1 cups boiled mushroom

Directions

  • Add oil ,tomato puree,onion ,ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder and turmeric powder shallow fry them.
  • Make it cool and make a paste in grinder.
  • Add tomato puree paste in oil.add white sauce .add salt.cook them.
  • Add matar and boiled mushroom add some water accordingly .cook it for 5 minutes.
